Michele, the heart behind the bakery, began her baking journey over 30 years ago when she owned the beloved Hunter Street Deli. After stepping back to focus on raising her family, she continued honing her skills at home.

Five years ago, Michele launched Barn Door Bakery, bringing her cherished traditional recipes - and a few fun new treats - back to the community she loves. From flaky almond croissants to buttery scones, her baked goods are a true local favourite!
