If you are a new or returning vendor, this is where your Peterborough Downtown Farmers Market journey begins.

All applicants should start by reading the 2025 Vendor Handbook. This covers all the important details regarding vendor requirements, fees and health and safety.

Returning Vendor Application

This application is for PREVIOUS vendors attending the Fall + Winter Indoor Farmers Market

As a previous PRFM market vendor, we already know a lot about you. The application is simplified so you can be on your way without going through vetting. We just need to take a look at what you are bringing to market and note any additions and changes.

Use this form to apply for the Indoor Season (Nov to April) or for a full season, partial season, 8 week block or a Spot Vendor date(s).

Returning Vendor 2025-26 Indoor Market Application

Prepared Food Vendors

Prepared Food Vendors are required to complete the Peterborough Public Health Food Vendor Application Form prior to their first market date. (PRFM falls under Special Events).

New Vendor Application

This application is for NEW vendors attending the Fall + Winter Indoor Farmers market

As a new PRFM market vendor, we want to know about you, what you want to sell and when you want to come to properly vet your application.

We welcome new farmers, cooks/chefs, bakers, artisans and community organizations that focus on locally made products and services by you.

We are a reseller-free farmers market. Everything from your farm on your table. We do allow for vendors to form an association with another vendor which allows for two or three farms to sell produce in the same spot. Talk to us about this opportunity.
