If you are a new or returning vendor, this is where your Peterborough Downtown Farmers Market journey begins. We accept applications year round for both Outdoor and Indoor Farmers markets.
All applicants should start by reading the Vendor Handbook. This covers all the important details regarding vendor requirements, fees and health and safety.
Scroll down to the New Vendor or Returning Vendor application section, read the form carefully and fill out the required sections plus questions that apply to your specific business category and press submit.
Please allow up to two weeks for us to review and respond to your application.
Prepared Food Vendors
Prepared Food Vendors are required to complete the Lakelands Public Health Food Vendor Application Special Events Permit prior to their first market date. (PRFM falls under Special Events).

Fall + Winter New Vendor Application
This application is for NEW vendors attending the Fall + Winter 2026-27 Indoor Farmers Market
Peterborough Square (lower level), Peterborough
As a new PRFM market vendor, we want to know about you, what you want to sell and when you want to come to properly vet your application.
We welcome new farmers, cooks/chefs, bakers, artisans and community organizations that focus on locally made products and services by you.
We are a reseller-free farmers market. Everything from your farm on your table. We do allow for vendors to form an association with another vendor/farmer which allows for two or three farms to sell produce in the same spot. Talk to us about this opportunity.

Fall + Winter Returning Vendor Application
This application is for PREVIOUS vendors attending Fall + Winter 2026-27 Indoor Farmers Market at Peterborough Square (lower level)
As a previous PRFM market vendor, we already know a lot about you. The application is simplified so you can be on your way without going through vetting. We just need to take a look at what you are bringing to market and note any additions and changes.

Outdoor Fall Vendor Application
This application is for NEW vendors attending the Fall 2026 Outdoor Farmers Market
